General description: Gypsum powder filler (copolymer powder of vinyl acetate and ethylene), using as jointing filler and skim coat for interior gypsum board. It meets European standards EN 998-1/IN, EN 998-1/ INS, EN 998-1/ INR, EN 998-1/ INSR. Special Features: Elastic properties. Filling properties. Acrylic, excellent adhesion. Odorless, mercury-free and lead-free. Environmentally friendly, non toxic and non-flammable Mixing: Put clean water (without chemical additives) in clean mixing container Mix at a ratio of 3-4 kg of powder to 1 liter of water. Stir the admixture by hand for 30 seconds. Make sure that everything is mixed Use an electrical agitator to mix the admixture for one minute Application: Fill a layer of QP Kraft in the joint using a trowel and wait to dry. Use fiberglass tape to cover joints. Apply second coat of QP Kraft to penetrate into the joint Scrape the surface well Apply a coat of primary emulsion. Apply two layers of SILKYCOAT putty to make surface smooth Apply two layers of emulsion for final finishing.
