Why does the powerbank sometimes not charge when multiple devices are connected simultaneously?
-This power bank supports multi-port output with a maximum of 5V/3A, 15W. When using the built-in cable with either the USB-A or USB-C port, the output voltage is 5V. Please confirm that your devices support 5V charging.
