Thermogel maxi plate allows you to use hot and cold therapy, it provides good support thanks to its cover and strap

How to use Thermogel Reusable Cushion Adjustable Elastic Band Hot / Cold 20x30 cm?

For Cold use:

Place the pouch in the freezer for 2 hours.
Remove from the freezer, insert it into its cover and apply it to the area to be relieved by fixing it on the area to be relieved

For Hot use:

Preparation for the Bain-Marie: Boil water, let cool to reach about 60 ° C and put the bag in hot water for 5 to 10 minutes.
Test and apply with its cover.
Preparation in the microwave: Place the pouch in a microwave-safe container and cover with water. Heat for 6 minutes (max. 300W).
