When is it used?

• Cryotherapy: For small bruises and acute injuries (pulled muscles, sprains, headaches or toothaches, local skin inflammations). Also indicated for insect bites.
• Thermotherapy: Indicated for muscle pain (e.g. in cases of contractions/cramps) and joint pain (e.g. in cases of joint stiffness).

ThermoGel should NOT:

• be used by children without medical or adult supervision.
• must be supported during use of the device/must be supported during use of the device.
• be used by individuals who are insensitive to hot/cold.
• be used on newborns
• be considered a toy.
• be used with creams, ointments or similar products
• be swallowed.
• be used after expiration date (see expiration date on product and/or case).

USE

For cryotherapy, place ThermoGel in the freezer for at least two hours.

For heat therapy, immerse in warm water. After immersion, dry the reusable pad before applying to the intended area.

It is not necessary to place the product in water when heated in the microwave.

Recheck the integrity of the device before use.

The gel does not freeze. Even when stored in the freezer, ThermoGel remains soft and moldable.

Hand wash in cold water.
